More importantly what’s your business twittering about?

If your business isn’t taking advantage of Twitter as online PR and marketing tool, you could be missing out on a golden opportunity.

Twitter is a micro-blogging site traditionally used by members to update friends with what they are doing, thinking or feeling, such as “About to catch a plane to Barbados” or “Frustrated with the unreliable and slow train route from Bracknell to London”. The status messages, known as ‘Tweets’, can be up to 140 characters long, so that they can be sent from mobile phones or email, or embedded into a web page or social networking site.
